How many fingerprints can be set up for YL-C3BF? 1. Register the eSmartLock app first, then add fingerprints via the app settings. 2. The bike lock supports 500+ app users. 3. Every app user can add 2 fingerprints, with a total not exceeding 15 fingerprints.

What mobile apps does this Bike Cable Lock support? The app name is "eSmartLock", available on the App Store for iOS and Google Play for Android. APP Unlock is only supported for the YL-C3BF model, not the YL-C3.

How can I authorize remote unlocking? If your friend is near the lock, have them download and install the eSmartLock app, register an account, and add their username to your main account. You can then set the period during which they can unlock the lock.

Why can any fingerprints be unlocked? The new lock is in factory mode by default, where any fingerprint can unlock it. After the first user successfully registers, the factory mode will be automatically canceled, and only registered fingerprints can open the lock.

Is this Bike Cable Lock suitable for outdoor use? Yes, this Bike Cable Lock is IP67 waterproof and suitable for outdoor use. The PVC cover is specially made to ensure the lock can withstand high and low temperatures (from 482°F to 94°F).
